Processing Time & Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped out in 8 to 10 business days.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we process the order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided to us.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you request a re-shipment, you will need to pay the re-shipping cost.
Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery takes 4-10 business days across India
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS once shipped.
Returns & Exchange
*We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
*How to request: Share an unboxing video + photos of damage within 48 hours of delivery to / [Phone/WhatsApp]. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement. If unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.
*No returns for change of mind, colour variation, or minor handmade imperfections. Each piece is handcrafted or machine-made and may have slight variations that add to its charm.
