Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
• Once shipped or processing begins after 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

COD - Cash on Delivery 

• Order limit : COD available only for orders below ₹999. 
• Verification : Our team will call/WhatsApp to confirm your COD order before dispatch. Unverified orders will be cancelled after 24 hours.
• No COD changes : Once shipped, you cannot cancel COD orders or refuse delivery. Refused COD deliveries will block future COD for your number/address.

Payment

• We accept UPI And COD for orders below ₹999.
• For COD orders, please confirm on call/WhatsApp to avoid cancellations.
